This Special Meditation Retreat is an auspicious day to give deep rest to body, mind and spirit away from the normal distractions of everyday life.
Yoga, Breathing, Ancient Wisdom & Deep Meditation
The course will include a comfortable mix of restorative breathing, yoga, ancient knowledge and several “rounds” of deep meditation.
